Long-throw lever action
Mechanical advantage where you need it. Up to 22 L/min means a fraction of the strokes a budget pump demands — and an operator who is not exhausted by lunchtime.
DrumForce moves diesel, engine oil and hydraulic fluid out of any standard drum at up to 22 litres a minute — with no electricity, no generator and no mess. Aluminium alloy, 2.1 kg, built for daily professional use.
Specified by automotive workshops, farms, plant maintenance teams, fuel depots and fleet operators worldwide
If your team still gravity-drains barrels or wrestles a cheap plastic pump, you are paying for it four times over.
Tilting a 200 L drum or working a low-output pump turns a five-minute job into a twenty-minute one — several times a day.
Electric pumps need a socket, a generator or a charged battery. In the field, in a barn, on a site — that is exactly what you do not have.
Every spill is lost oil, a slip hazard, a clean-up cost and a black mark on your housekeeping.
Economy plastic units crack, seize and leak. You replace them twice a year and pretend it was cheap.
DrumForce is a long-throw lever pump machined from aluminium alloy. It threads into a standard 2" bung, draws through a telescopic steel tube, and delivers up to 22 litres a minute on operator power alone. No electricity. No priming rig. No training course.
Mechanical advantage where you need it. Up to 22 L/min means a fraction of the strokes a budget pump demands — and an operator who is not exhausted by lunchtime.
Light enough to carry one-handed between bays, strong enough to live on a drum in a working shop, and naturally resistant to corrosion from the fluids it handles.
Adjusts to short and tall drums alike. One pump covers your whole inventory, from a 50 L keg to a full 210 L barrel.
A secure hold with oily gloves, through long transfer sessions. Comfort is not a luxury when you are emptying three drums before noon.
Directs flow precisely into cans, funnels and reservoirs. Clean pours, controlled cut-off, far less on the floor.
Strips down in seconds for transport, cleaning and fluid changeovers. Throw it in the truck, run a different oil tomorrow.

Diesel, kerosene, engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, lubricating oils and similar non-corrosive petroleum products.
Water-based chemicals, solvents, acids, alkalis, paints or any corrosive or aggressive media.
Fast, clean top-ups of engine and gear oil between service bays — no cart, no cable, no waiting.
Hydraulic and lubricating oil transfer on the plant floor, exactly where the machine is, with no power run to arrange.
Diesel into tractors, harvesters and generators, far from the nearest socket and in any weather.
Rugged enough for site conditions, light enough to move with the crew, simple enough that anyone can use it.
Controlled decanting and repackaging from bulk drums with minimal product loss and accurate cut-off.
Reliable manual transfer where electrical equipment is restricted, impractical or simply not worth the hassle.
Economy plastic pumps fail early. Heavy cast-steel pumps are awkward and corrode. DrumForce is engineered for the ground in between — professional performance without the premium price.

DrumForce fits any standard drum from 15 to 55 gallons (50 to 210 litres) with a 2-inch bung opening. The telescopic steel suction tube adjusts to both short kegs and full-height 210 L barrels, so a single pump covers your entire drum inventory.
DrumForce delivers up to 22 litres per minute, which is competitive with many small electric drum pumps and far ahead of economy hand pumps. For drum-to-container transfer it is usually faster in practice, because there is no cable to run, no generator to start and no priming procedure.
DrumForce is designed for diesel, kerosene, engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and similar non-corrosive petroleum products. It is not recommended for petrol or gasoline, or for solvents, acids, alkalis and water-based chemicals.
No. DrumForce is entirely manual and operated by a long-throw lever. There is no motor, no battery, no air line and no power draw, which makes it suited to remote sites, farms, vessels and any location where electrical equipment is restricted.
The complete pump weighs 2.1 kg. It is comfortably carried and fitted one-handed, and it strips down without tools for transport or storage in a vehicle.
The pump body is machined from aluminium alloy, which is light and naturally resistant to corrosion from oils and diesel. The suction tube is Q195 steel. Compared with basic cast-steel barrel pumps it holds its finish considerably longer in a working environment.
